Julia Sunay is a New York City based Maestra and Music Director.  With a career rooted in more than twenty years as a pianist, vocal coach and teacher, Julia has collaborated with pit orchestras, bands, dancers, singers and instrumentalists across a wide range of musical settings.

In late 2015, Julia joined Celebrity Cruise Lines as a Solo Piano Vocalist, touring all across South America, Antartica and Alaska.  She went on to serve as Music Director for the hit Broadway musical Jersey Boys and spent 2021/2022 as the Associate Music Director for the first U.S. National Tour of An Officer and a Gentleman.

Julia currently serves as the Associate Music Director and Conductor for Broadway’s Beetlejuice the Musical.  

Julia is a member of Local 802 with the American Federation of Musicians.
